This guided practice holds the intention of installing a moment of pause, deep rest and calm in the body, mind, heart and soul.
In a world that is so rushed and hurried it can feel rebelious to pause for a moment. But, it is in these slowly, stiller moments that we can truly hear our own Self. Connect in to and honour our own deserving needs and desires.
The subtly of this practice offers great soulful medinical abundance. For each of you that listens, and each time you listen, you will receive these moments differently, as each breath brings a new experience of life. Give yourself permission to be in the practice as you uniquely need.
Before you listen in, take time to create your space.
For this practice I invite you to lay down somewhere comfortable, with as little distraction as possible.
Support your body with cushions, pillows and perhaps a blanket.
You may wish to light a candle or burn some incense to hold the energy of your space.
This practice is suitable for all.
